    Outstanding shorts now ~1 million shares which is about 10 to 20 days normal volume. Shorts must be betting on Acland extension permit getting blocked by land court, because coal price still strong at $67 (usd). If they are wrong the price will fly. They must be really confident to gamble with an illiquid stock.
