Agreed on all points .
A sweeping cold front is engulfing us.....as stated;

"ASX communications general manager Matthew Gibbs said ANP would remain suspended until it re-complied with ASX rules.

Mr Gibbs said the ASX was only concerned with disclosure of listed companies and had no reason to doubt ANP was still on track with its timetable."

Obviously Mr. Gibbs was asked......only concerned with disclosure - Mmmm, what disclosures do we have here ? No reason to doubt - well, he can hardly say publicly what the delays at hand are - that must come from AYB (ANP).

Indeed, hardly a positive article.
