    Aug 7 (Reuters) - MMG Australia Ltd (MMG) :

    • Debt restructure agreement - Yantai Penghui (MMG)
    • Yantai Guofeng has agreed to pay RMB26 million to Goldfair in satisfaction of Yantai Guofeng'S obligation to pay Goldfair
    • Says Goldfair, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a debt restructure agreement with Yantai Guofeng
