This link provides some insight into what a total debacle the new EPAS development has been in SA. Reading between the lines I would say a decision was made in the last month by the bureaucrats not to roll out the new EPAS to country hospitals and thus they were forced into keeping the legacy CHIRON system
If only they had upgraded years ago as GLH suggested..........
