the problem is they are not going to let their families starve and the banks take back their houses. As I said previously a modest wage commensurate with performance.
What happened previously cant be undone and we must look forward which means running the company in a cost effective manner ensuring it stays liquid, stays listed and gets deals done. Then we all have a very good chance of making good money.
The company is listed, has cash for another 4 or 5 months and has two major deals on the way with one immanent. I think we are looking good.
IF there is no cash up front on the immanent deal then it is not unreasonable to expect a cap raising unless the deal has forthcoming cash in the next few months. Either that or close the doors which will never happen! It is the nature of the beast with mico caps. Look at some of the mining stocks with 3 or 4 billion shares on issue.
Nobody wants cap raising, nobody wants dilution, nobody wants overpaid management and nobody will work for free continuously.
As I said before a modest wage increasing with results and cashflow.
Cheers
