IGS investors are so greatful for the previous poster to continually share information that has already been released to the market. It's as if we could not read announcements or missed these points. A word of thanks for your interest.

Yes IGS is low on liquid cash.

Yes it appears that Santa Fe and Winter Gardens money has not arrived.

Yes directors are not getting paid for their services.

Yes board positions have not been filled as yet. Maybe because IGS is waiting for negotiations to be finalised re the asset about to be purchased. Has anyone stopped to consider that maybe new directors come with the asset/venture.

Yes the news re the asset/venture has not come within the expected timeframe. The company did say as soon as news materialises that it will release an announcement did it not? Wonder why non holders are so interested?

Maybe Jane Flegg resigned because OKAP is virtually "no more" and corporate services cannot be delivered? Has she not resigned from other OKAP associated companies? Yes you know that answer already.

Due diligence on the new asset/venture... is the previous poster suggesting/implying that this cannot take place or has not taken place while the company is low on funds? Has anyone considered that likely future funders or other parties may have paid for such work in anticipation of equity holding etc?

For the record please note that IGS has among other assets/interest some 9.2million shares in Santa Fe Gold Corp. These shares are valued today at A$734,284. If you were to do some research on Santa Fe you would find that it is trading as SFEG. The shares can be sold in order to assist the company's immediate cash position.

Once again many thanks for the three posters ( non holders) who keep on sharing news about IGS and its issues. However I suspect that most IGS Investors prefer to hear the status of affairs direct from the company. It's just a matter of time I am told.
