News: FRI Finbar says entered into a development agreement through a unit, page-3

One thing I'd be interested is whether the south perth apartments will get hindered by the current issues at South Perth where residents are taking action against the Lumiere (from memory) apartment due to the height of the project, which they believe despite planning approval shoudl be revoked. I can't remember but I would've assumed Finbar's two projects civic heart and the other (which I have a memory blank atm) would reach pretty high too...

One thing I can't work out is how all this Rivervale area - Springs project apartments are selling. Personally I can't see the lure of the place , it's undergoing renewal and infill but I feel like (when I've gone past that area) it's largely shops and commercial. nice view of the rivers and near the CBD etc, which I suspect is the case, but it certainly doesn't tick cafe style lifestyle choices and walk to retail shops as say north perth, leederville or even maylands has. Still scratching my head, but hey there first project sold so I stand proven corrected until someone else can explain to me what I"m missing... haha
