This is the labour government statement on UCG.

I really hope CNX challenges the government over their doesn't stack up analysis and gets compensation for their ill informed decision to ban UCG.
Money lost on their succesful UCG trial would be a start and then loss of future income. Sounds like it could be billions of dollars to me.
