These are a bit of a game

If you check the volume against buyers you will normally find that it you put a buy order in, the sales will cease before your turn comes up and the buy order will expire before your turn comes

There are quite a few of these which IMHO are usually manipulated by the board for the benefit of their associates to make money, you can sometimes be lucky and get in and out but remember they usually have little or no assets so they can 100% disappear and you lose the lot, also there is usually not enough movement in the price to be able to have a stop loss
