I think there are two distinct issues here. I sincerely hope I am not changing my tune, I think I have been consistent on these two issues, namely:
Issue 1) relates to the early June announcement in relation to, I assume to a guarantee we had given as part of the PrIME 'unwind deal': "NuSep Holdings Limited (ASX:NSP) advises that further to its announcement to ASX on 2 May 2016, A-Bio Pte Ltd have extended the payment date relating to the A-Bio Agreement until 29 June 2016."; and
Issue 2) relates to the attempt to recover of some value for OUR machine in Singapore. You will recall the company announced on 17 May 2016 that it : "wishes to announce that on 16 May 2016 it commenced litigation in the High Court of Singapore against PrIME Biologics Pte Ltd (“PrIME”) for the repossession of a plant and system for the separation of plasma proteins up to the 10 L level (“GF100 Machine”)."
Again I repeat I think Tooheys8 has hit the nail on the head and is spot on when he/she says:
" They are dealing with a bunch of f---wits in Singapore so Nutting out a deal to free them from these people won't come overnight imo"
