Hello there spec - the $4.30 was quoted as being the average and the sales happened between March 30 & June 30 and NST went above $4.30 after early May so that tells me they sold throughout the 1/4 to average $4.30 - yes they sold to early but I sold a good tranche of NST shares around then as well (to early)... though did buy back many on the next dip
I don't know about this legal argument - its just my own take on it but I feel MLX are doing this knowing NST won't fully commit - the problem for MLX if thats the case is they seemed to have soured their relationship with their biggest shareholder over this who is now fully selling out of MLX & I've a gut feel we'll see MLX end up pulling out before the courtcase or make a show but not be fully ready to go and try play for time to keep playing interference - in the end NST will get CTP but MLX may be trying to get something else out of this - I know they've been reported as considering spinning out their gold operations & we know NST has the cash and is looking for mines (maybe this becomes another card if NST have been sniffing around MLX's gold mines?).
I may be completely wrong but I'm not convinced the likes of the legals TAM have on board wouldn't know contract law - but having been pulled into 3rd party cases in the past you just never know your luck rolling the dice in court and MLX can play the long game which increases the pressure on TAM though we've only got 4 months to see this out - I doubt the judge will give MLX a time extension if thats their game.....IMOO spec
