I was just planning a quick hit and run down south @vestro, no intention of making it a permanent move my friend.
The entity that purchased the 180 Group business stated that they purchased the goodwill for $5,500,000. The goodwill on the balance sheet relating to the 180 Group business is $2,827,749 (page 51 annual report). They might need to book a profit on the difference. Any thoughts?
