'Plus upcoming divvy will offset some of the bid offer for Colisseum.' - my experience has been that a T/O this close to div time usually includes the div to existing SH's. I guess with 100% franking there are some tax advantages to some holders vs cap gains of a T/O + why would existing SH give away such a great div.

SP rise had to happen, anything below 60c was just plain stupid for shares in this company. My pick is that online sales will drive some serious growth/profit as it has already done. It will be interesting to hear what the consultants come up with to drive growth/profit.
