- Case funded by IMF'S wholly owned subsidiary, Bentham Capital referred to in
our announcement of 11 December 2014 has been dismissed.
- There is no cash impact associated with this write-down.
- IMF will, in accordance with applicable accounting standards, write down its
intangible assets by $1.5M in FY ending 30 June 2016
