Thats all subjective. I myself much prefer shopping at Woolworths and have done my entire time in Australia.. more than anything it depends on so many factors that differ person to person... I disagree that either has a better customer experience.. IMO what it comes down to is who can offer a more comprehensive and cheaper product line.. either way with the market share growth of Aldi and possible arrival of Amazon next year it is going to be increasingly difficult for the Wesfarmers and Woolworths to drive growth.
