    July 22 (Reuters) - IMF Bentham Ltd (IMF) :

    • Conditional settlement - confidential matter
    • Announce the conditional settlement of an Australian matter it has funded
    • If all of settlement conditions are met, expects to generate revenue of $2.4 million and profit after capitalised overheads but before tax of about $1.4 million
