What makes you think sophisticates wont stag a 50%+ profit?
The sooner they sell... the more funds for the next sweet placement deal... rinse repeat.
That is why it is good to see a cornerstone investor, or existing holders increasing their stake.
Sophisticates are all too often just a conduit for retailers and the cash kitty.
