Looks like I was right all along. Shitty dilution and the shares to be issued to the vendor post consolidation.
This is a very bad deal for current holders
Dilution of 15:1
Based on current share price it means it's trading at 7.5 cents post consolidation. Yet they plan to raise at 10 cents to per share
