Kate, this is the weirdest combination of concurrent deals/announcements that I have seen any company make.
If they succeed in the cap raise and the IMI deal then what? The company will have say $3-5m in cash to pay the directors with while shareholders will own a crap load of worthless IMI or subsidiary shares.
I hate being cynical like so many down-rampers in the past but on this occasion I am tempted to be.
What is going on here? Is there anything in either announcement that will benefit shareholder value?
