New ASX rules that came into effect earlier this year , any back door listing of acquisition will be suspended until it acquires and meets listing rules

The Annc by the ASX gives that indication , I would say it won't relist until successful acquisition , capital raise and the name change to epat

Great thing is prevents the speculators and the uncertainty if they or can't they acquire the business and unless you get access to the float the only way to get exposure is to buy it on relisting, which usually on track record of recent ones comes on at a premium , SAS ,3DP, MXC name a few price performance after acquisition
