I don't agree XOM has won the bid... Market reaction can change in a minute once details of the new bid by OSH/TotalSA emerges.

As per OSH and Interoil agreement, OSH need to just match the XOM offer. Matching XOM offer will not cost OSH anything, it is TotalSA that has to find extra around 100 million dollars.

My bet is still same OSH, TotalSA and XOM will share the deal. Another two days,w e will know the outcome.
