It seems to me that there are significant global shareholders here.

BNP Paribas Nominees Pty Ltd 45,572,917 7.34%
These are all multinational banks eg. BNP Paribas is the French National bank with a couple of trillion in assets, i worked for them decade ago. (look them up) If these guys are interested, somethings cooking.
