I'm totally sure I read somewhere on either the EDE announcement or TAS announcement that if EDE ever needs a cash injection TAS would do a raising, then pass it onto EDE.

I can only see them pushing these "valuations" at every announcements to push the price of TAS up so less units are needed to be offered in a capital raising. Myself being a betting man, I reckon that the $10million that was recently raised through EDE, if TAS was at its valuation price the Solomons keep bringing up, it would of been TAS that took on the $10million and passed it along. No doubt with a clause that in later year(s) when EDE can afford it, shares issued to TAS at the price of EDE on that current day.
