you know what snowy.. Most people just vote without thinking. I have now concluded that after attending many live meetings too. Some just think if they give management all the shares and options the SP will go up.

I remember going to one last month and ticked against to all and raised my hand too..

You should have seen the looks that I got as we were all sat on a U shaped table haha..
It does get disturbing indeed.
