I concur @Thesi,

To confirm, I have just spoken directly with a rep of Squire Patton Boggs as there appears to be some confusion in the HC forums about ACCEPTANCE and they have clearly stated:

You must VOTE YES for ACCEPTANCE or else it is counted as a NO.

*(doesn't help that the alternative was not clearly written in the Bidder's Statement)

To be clear - IF YOU DON'T VOTE IT MEANS - NO

(i.e. NOT YES)
