MinQuest Limited (ASX:MNQ) requests that an immediate voluntary trading halt be granted by the ASX with respect to MinQuest’s securities.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, MinQuest provides the following information:
1. The trading halt is requested by MinQuest pending an announcement in relation to a proposed issue of convertible notes. The conversion terms of the convertible notes will be subject to shareholder aproval.
2. MinQuest requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of an announcement to the market in relation to the above, or the commencement of trading on Monday 18 July 2016.
3. MinQuest is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
