Thats odd. Both my brokers were able to accept for me over the phone. And i received the paperwork over a week ago. I called and did it by phone as i was too lazy to post the paperwork back.
Are you somewhere remote?
Or an overseas investor?
Have you tried calling the helpline that was set up for the merger?.
