22M lbs of copper pa at a margin of (say) USD1.25 = USD27.5m EBITDA
Funding Capex USD20M = payback within 9 months
Still a bit light on a timeframe although noted as short term.
If we go with an EBITDA multiple of 4 then we are around USD100M market cap subject to successful funding of the plant however USD20M max dos mot seem a huge amount.
