I'm sorry for not being clear in my post. Yes, very familiar now with the company's business model and their success to date.
My questions were more in relation to the company's 'future' innovative technology plans. For example on page 13 of the presentation below they highlight 'empowering existing clients to refer property sales'. I was particularly interested to understand not only how many existing customers are referring property, but how they are being remunerated for their referrals and what your or peoples thoughts are with re to scale and would this require additional R&D capital or is this already built into the current platform? The other question which again was highlighted on page 8 ie that in FY15 over 10% of their sales occurred entirely without face to face contact. I thought that was very encouraging. They also mention on page 13 of the presentation below that their strategy for continued growth is going to involve further investment in the platform to enable purchase of properties entirely online and developing 3D imagery. I particularly like how their attention and intentions are global. How costly is that going to be? Thoughts?
