I'm not privy to terms etc..... but wasn't the extension we received to ensure that we wouldn't be pursued until after PrIME had time to meet their obligations? If so then no news should be good news.
I feel (as others here have indicated) that some people are trying to get our (NSP's) substantial non voting block of shares for peanuts. All this stuff about the machine in Singapore dosen't make any sense to me. If the documents are clear, which you would expect, then I'm glad our Board are taking a hard forceful line.....it's the only thing some people understand. I'm not sure about the regulatory system protections, but once again it seems to me that loyal long term shareholders are being treated with contempt by some who think they are in control and too smart by half.......and I don't mean by our new Board!
I too am eagerly awaiting news.
