Not as yet VH. Only comment I can make even if the bill to ban ore exports succeeds in congress it will take several years to implement. In the mean time Ginas hard line environmental policies, particularly her anti coal stance, will make it be highly prohibitive to any smelter development, considering the already high energy costs in the Philippines.
