Therefore, BLZ is in with a chance to avoid chapters 1 +2 re-compliance and suspension provided its acquisition stays in the same game. The scale of a new acquisition may make that re-compliance unavoidable, but BLZ is about as attractive as a resource shell can get, especially with Mathew Walker backing. Super tight register (~86% of float placed through Cicero or its associates), reasonable EV, and in the right space for a good acqu when the time comes.
