Yep Goldman Sachs think oil will hit $130. Would like to see the report if it exists at all. So I think Suzan is saying maybe oil wont hit $130 but expect it to get close its a certainty.
Oil has as much chance of hitting $130 as iron ore does of hitting $130 imo.
