    As far as Surf Hardware goes I don't think the appeal is global manufacturing as much as it is to gain access to the biggest player in the accessories market to use as leverage to sell boards? But yes I totally agree I wouldn't have bought a manufacturer if it were me.

    What are your thoughts on Magic Seaweed and Stab?

    Cameron and Peterson with the help and money of others were able to build the biggest online surf retailer operating in the three biggest markets for surf ware. While mistakes have obviously been made now and I think Peterson should probably be moved to the peripheral, what they have achieved is pretty impressive. So lacking "manufacturing or core industry experience" doesn't really bother me, their disconnect/lack of experience may have allowed them to achieve what they have? I don't know.

    There is a fair bit of anger and distorted views in the threads her for obvious reasons. The point I was trying to make a few posts back is that these assets make the 20c share price very attractive. Look even if they collectively are worth half of that SRF payed for them, at 20c a share your getting a lot of pie.
