Mod 8 said square metre increase from 560000 max, to 605000 max. Tower increase to 275m high with 71 floors from intial 175m in earlier mods.
But yeh looks like the building's foot print has been trimmed. The document had conditions on the scope of the facade of the building.
Overall, the increase in the size of the complex has to be a good thing doesn't it?
