Take over starts 28th June.
Ends when Galaxy has won. (basically)

The new GXY shares are issued -
"on or before the earlier of:
(a) 1 month after you have validly accepted the Takeover Offer or the contract resulting from its acceptance becomes unconditional (whichever is later); and
(b) 21 days after the end of the Offer Period, provided that the Takeover Offer has become unconditional."

Important thing in it - that should give everyone some peace of mind -

"If Galaxy improves the Takeover Offer Consideration, all the General Mining Shareholders who accept the Takeover Offer (whether or not they have accepted the Takeover Offer before or after such improvement) will be entitled to the benefit of the improved Takeover Offer Consideration, should the Takeover Offer become or be declared unconditional."

Gotta be one of the easiest decisions any of us ever have to make.
