Yeah, 51% of the company isn't enough skin in the game . Not to mention the performance options that will be granted by the end of the year on certain conditions (ebitda+ etc) which no doubt he'll be wanting to get.
While I'd also like to see Bevan take up the rights issue it certainly isn't a big deal. The more important thing is what is happening in that investor presentation and their ability to sign more customers on to start generating nice cashflow from the significant investment in infrastructure.
Keep in mind Bevan sold down his share in NXT and he made a massive contribution to it. Things didn't end at all when Bevan sold his shares in fact things are only really start to happen for NXT now
