The fact is, how many shares sold at 26 cents and how many got bought back at 24.5??
and how many those lucky guys are ordinary retail shareholders like you and me?
If someone luckily sold at 25.5 cents and bought back at 25 cents and risking miss the boat going north... he/she should not be called so "smart".
