I see a couple of major points that need to be overcome for this to appear on a radar that will essentially drive the price northward

1. Putting to bed the issue with Prime and the previously announced issues around debt . The water seems very muddy around this . I suspect there are more issues than have been announced .

2. In the Australian medical world regulators such as the TGA - Therapeutic Goods Association , have a presence that will determine the success of products like his . Im happy to be corrected but I have found no evidence of any approvals or correspondence relating to the TGA in either NSP announcements or on the TGA website. It's a pretty big box that doesn't appear to have been ticked ??

3. The suggestion that the device may have an application in the vetinary world sends a conflicting message apposed to the IVF profession . Big difference here . So what market are they targeting ?

4. If he SP collapses much further from here capital raising will kill it . The SP won't be the enemy , dilution will be . Im of the opinion that at the current levels management will struggle regardless .
