Long follower of KRM, agree it could be a good time to buy. Having worked in mines and worked in water engineering, people dont always appreciate water issues on the impact they can have. They have intersected a water bearing fault which in hydrogeological terms is crap, as its the most preferential pathway in fractured rock systems and may have quite high flow rates/pressures.
Grouting can work but will need to ensure it will be stable, as the risk of a blowout could quite quickly overwhelm the pumps (and people) in Level 4-5 (once the get that deep). If they sort those problems, then alot of upside I think.
