I do agree that it would be in the best interests of the company to sort out its bal sheet (either merge with a much stronger co, or do some sort of raise).

I don't agree with your lst comment - the market will not price this thing at "nta" (at least in the short term), as the "earnings" from the assets does not justify it .........just my opinion.
