Now moving forward what's next?

Close down all the "local" marketplaces, shame if this includes Thailand as it was apparently profitable? Potentially sell the remaining flash sales business's off to a GroupOn style entitiy.

Focus 100% on the Global Marketplace (Low staff required, high margin marketplace) we still have plenty of funds for our holding company to continue to grow this model and an expanding userbase.

Or sell everything to an Alibaba style company like LAZADA did when they were approaching Administration (Safest option but doubt we would get a premium considering we have significantly less customers)

I think it comes back to growth again, if we're still growing MoM 100% we should focus on ramping up and been a #2 to WISH. Alternatively if due to the poor customer service and bugs in the app growth has stagnated - pitch to a bigger fish and accept our losses fighting for cents on the dollar..

On a personal note, I tested the app and ordered numerous things. Quality was HIGH, Price was VERY CHEAP and delivery faster than expected (Quoted 4-8weeks for item's I received within 1-2weeks) I can really see this model working and been a $1b+ company with the right leadership. However for that to happen we need a few years run way, powerful engineering team and big hitter owner who can invest the money and time for the large prize.

Good luck to the holders, I think most of us had written off our investment with the previous bad news. Hopefully their will be opportunities to exit for those in financial difficulty - for me personally I've lost such a large amount too date that I would back the higher risk approach and hope the board moves forward with the global marketplace.
