The fall is on the back of $4,000 worth of sales.
This is the price you pay for investing in an illiquid stock.
If someone wants/needs to sell and there are no buyers around the current SP, they need to reduce the price they are willing to sell for until a buyer is found.
The flip side of the coin is that the SP can move upwards using the same premise.
