Ann: Motopia launches Cloud Migration conversion solution MU2-MOT.AX, page-4

We're a bit confused. Cirralto is not owned by Motopia (we think this is the case). Cirralto has 50 mouths to feed and presumably holds the IP for the products it sells. How does Motopia benefit from the sales made by Cirralto and the profit they make after feeding 50 staff and the Cirralto shareholders? The latest stock exchange document says that Motopia is in 'partnership' with Cirralto. Is it possible for shareholders in Motopia to understand what this means? The document says that Motopia is receiving revenue. That is good news. How much will be intersting to see.
