Ex, these guys are looking for $200+Mill for their processing plant...and they can only get $800K out of $2mill to continue drilling from the Soph Investors? A little disappointing I think.....but you are right, at least you can participate now.
I think the sp may be lower than the offer very soon though.
If any Soph had these guys earmarked for big things, they would've jumped at the $2mill...but that hasn't happened.
