You're talking to a bunch of biased people, If we didn't think SLR was a goer, then we wouldn't own the shares. The company seems to have good gold acreage, little debt, and room for expansion. Saying that if you are buying SLR it is not so much a question of whether SLR is any good, but where you think the gold price is going. SLR only produces gold, If the price of gold increases, SLR value will increase, if the price of gold falls SLR could be back at 12 cents. Saying this there seems to be a lot of ducks and drakes in the share price -- I suspect someone is accumulating -- or maybe as was suggested, people are pissed off with SLR's history
I suspect many holders have no confidence in the current world economy and paper currency value, and suspect a recession/depression is on the cards.
In short you will have to take a punt, could be the best move you ever made, or the biggest disaster you ever engineered
