Brokers are funny. Just read the Macbank report which has a price target of 30 and valuation of 31. Interestingly they give no value to cash increase from the june quarter which I estimate will see 1c per share cash increase nor any value for the BI insurance which could be anywhere between another 2-8 c. This why most broker reports hug the actual SP, as they are simply updating after the evident. If they do receive a decent BI payout, no doubt the target price will be updated to reflect the higher cash
