Packer selling down would destroy confidence in the long term outlook I would suspect. Will wait for the "excitement" to wear off, and maybe try again.
I can't see anything to raise the val as it has been valued on sum of parts anyway. Unless this was grooming a div for a suitor to take it over.
Negative is that financing all of the dreams seems to be hurting a lot after the bidding war.
