Debt approved by finanial institutions yes!
As it adds confidence as the projects and loaner have been through a due diligence process on the way to approval!
However a billionaire giving the company what seems unlimited line of credit?
The market either rightly or wrongly treat that situation with trepidation, imo!
That said I've invested a small amount of my superannuation in this believing the billionaires intentions are honourable and won't take advantage of the situation created by his inability to close the deals, so to speak.
I may yet seek help!
