A capital raising gives a chance to buy more without battling the dynamics of a thinly traded stock. If the terms are satisfactory to me then I'll participate.
I agree with your political/economic comment. The most damaging line in Australia at the moment is the shallow blanket nonsense about children inheriting debt. If it builds future infrastructure there's nothing wrong with people in the future helping to pay for it. A golden opportunity is passing us by because we're governed by morons with eyes only for spin and polls.
